can't load list

So I have vicidialnow i have never had a problem till now, I am trying to load a list and somehow "it" remembers my and old list or format and won't load my new list??? I know that does not explain much but hopefully its enough.

try to find upload_max_filesize in your /etc/php.ini file and set it to a size like 10M so you can upload a lead file up to 10MB.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and OS with kernel or version, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

1) try uploading a list with a single entry

2) try tab delimited format with the correct fields in the correct order so you can use "standard" instead of "custom" during load.

most people continue to repeatedly attempt to load the same file (which fails) over and over ... if you are doing that STOP and load a different list! (one of my wife's definitions of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome, which is how i know I am insane)
