Hangup on agent screen

Hello !
There's in-group on goautodial CE2.0 , calls place to agents in that normally. But after 32 seconds always on agents scree appear :
"Customer has hung up
Go Back
Finish and Disposition Call", but voicepath established and nobody (agent or customer) didn't press HANGUP.
Vici connects with Prov through H.323. I've compiled The NuFone Network's Open H.323.

Anybody got this problem?
Sorry for my bad English.
Thanks a lot.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and OS with kernel or version, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

we'll need your installation information to help out (since it's likely an install issue)

Thanx for reply !

So, I've got:
goautodial-ce-2.0-rc2.iso (image to CD-to server's D-ROM and install),asterisk 1.4.27.1-vici, centos 5.5, i've compiled pwlib-1.10.3 with openh323-1.18.0/ Single server hp dl 360g5(1*1,7GHz proc, 1024GB RAM, 146GB HDD, CD/DVD ROM).
That connect with prov via H.323 trunk.

That's my second installation of vicidialnow. First (vicidialnow ce1.3) stay in my another office and works properly for about 8 month.

you may need to set up a sip trunk and see if the results are different so you can compare where they are "different" and perhaps make some adjustments to make them less different.

on the other hand, it may turn out not to be related to the h323 trunk (which is why a sip test is handy). in which case it will depend on your version of vici (you may want to consider upgrading to the latest SVN version of vicidial to see if that resolves your issue, and you may want to consider the OpenSUSE version if that doesn't help ... then get down to in-depth troubleshooting if none of that helps)

also i note you have h.323 running, we have another contestant who is interested in getting that going on another forum thread here: http://www.vicidial.org/VICIDIALforum/v ... 2680#52680 you could drop him a line and let him know how your other system is working in vicidial if it's also h323, he's quite interested.
