Vicidial Wall board error

Plz any one help regarding the bellow error
I m using Asterisk/vicidialnow -- Current wallboard shows 31 active calls where as agents logged in are 27 and call waiting for agents is 1 which adds to 28 , where are 3 calls as shown in current active calls

Plz any one guide me.

admin.php version and build?

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and OS with kernel or version, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

I am using Linux centos, Asterisk, vicidialnow, from where i remove the error , some body saying that this is Vicidial admin.php table error, if some calling agent call not properly dipossed, or the system directly restart or hangup,

Honestly, we do not have enough information from what you have given us to even begin to troubleshoot your problem. You seem to be saying that you installed with VicidialNOW, but that is merely the installation method and OS from the list of information I requested above. Please post ALL the information requested, it is first and foremost required to help you and also a requirement to get free help.

In addition to that, you will likely need to post other information such as asterisk CLI output (a few lines, showing what is happening, not more than 20-30 lines) when the calls are failing in such a manner.

But as it stands right now, we do not know if the system has been running for three years but died the day you posted or if you have never actually had this sytem up at all.

Please post the requested information, read the manager's manual, and the stickies.
