Survey Campaign - VDAD exten does not change

Hi,

I have installed the latest release:
Goautodial CE 2.0 RC2
+ goautodial-v2.0-build-18.tar.gz

Regular campaigns work well. Once I try to setup the survey campaign with the default survey values (US_pol_survey_hello), the message would not play. After some digging, I found that the web portal does not apply VDAD exten properly.
The default value in that box is 8368. When I try to change it to 8366 and click submit, the page refreshes and the default value shows up in the box again.
I have tried to delete/recreate the campaign/lead lists and pretty much everything else, but the same still happens.

Can you please advise what else can be done?
Also where the file where all campaigns are defined is located?

Thank you.
Alex.

There are no files used to define the campaign that's located in the database table vicidial_campaigns.

Are you using agc2/ ?

Try running on agc/ astguiclient and see if that works as expected. I think the agc2/ isn't compatible with the current version of vici installed on the RC2 version. This should be fixed in the final release.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and OS with kernel or version, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)
____

While it is admirable that you listed your installation method, your likelihood of a response raises quite a bit when everyone knows all your system specs (in this case this includes the VICIdial version and build).

It would also be good to list all your (above) information so we can be sure that you have made no modifications to the system after installation (like adding other software).

Can you make other changes to the campaign in question?

Thank you for your comments, guys.

Yes, i was able to make other changes to the campaign. the only page that did not work was the Detailed View of the Campaign.

I ended up, reinstalling the box from scratch with out goautodial package.
Currently, this page works in vicidialnow RC2 package.

Thank you again.

Alex.
