System Statuses for BroadCast campaign

Hi,
I have configured a broadcast campaign on
Vicidial 2.2.1
Asterisk 1.4.27.1-vici

The campaign was configured as per the manager manual (Campaign VDAD ext: 8369; WaitForSilence:2000,1,30; Remote Agent destination: 8321 (full AMD), all contexts are default). The campaign works well.

I have a question about reporting. The system does not seem to differential between, the call that answered manually and the call call that was answered by a Voice mail system.
All calls are reported as AL(Answering Machine Ms).

Is it the default behavior for AMD or there is any tweaking required on the System Statuses? Is there any built-in contexts that support recognition of a Answering Machine tone?

Thank you in advance.

Alex.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and OS with kernel or version, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)
______

Thanks for posting your Vici/Asterisk versions, but please post the rest of your specs! :)

______

Are you saying that all your calls are considered Answering Machines by the AMD application or that there is no difference in the "Disposition/Status" of the calls when they are Answering machine vs Human answered?
