Survey stops after first call

I am trying to make a survey call and using test campaign. I am using vicidialnow ce 1.3 built 2.0.5. Problem is that my dialer pauses after the first call.
I log in as an agent, chose the campaign and then clicked resumed. It made one call and after that it paused. I looked in admins report and it showed agent paused. Tried with 8366 and 8368 ...same results
