callmenu time check not working

hi support
my serverdetails
goautodial
vicidial VERSION: 2.4-284|BUILD: 101008-0349 |with digium card|no extra software|
i have setup callmenu eith timecheck .
if time check matches it will be redirected to another callmenu
but its not working and keeps play the first callmenu,
in cli i have noticed agi-VDAD_inbound_calltime_check.agi always returns
any solution for this
wether in vicibox redux it will work

please list the model number of your digium card (it helps more than you think!) along with the installer version of your goautodial
can you post the settings for the menu(s) in question along with their items?
related agi log ouput (/var/log/astguiclient) would be helpful as well (but ONLY related output, don't post 3000 lines of log! noone will read it!
)

menu settings is simple
did--callmenu---press1 to ingroup--TIMECHECK to hangup
menu timecheck enabled
calltime 1900hrs to 0000 hrs
if callcomes at 1900 to 0000 the call shoud be hangup
if callcomes at 0001 to 1859 the call should play the audio choosed in callmenu
but wat ever time itis its playing the audio file and wait for dtmf digit
below is the cli between the time 1900 to 0000

in default start i have given 1900 and in defuat stop i have given 2400
no state call time rule added

have you tried 0001 as the start and 1900 as the stop? from your description this is what you really want to have it set to.

as of my R&D results following are wokring if time check enabled
menu time check enabled
CALLTIME 1000 TO 1300
and i have done this test call between 1900 to 2200
option TIMECHECK and route to voicemail ---WORKING
option TIMECHECK and route to ingroups ---WORKING
option TIMECHECK and route to HANGUP ----WORKING
option TIMECHECK and route to callmenu ----NOT WORKING
option TIMECHECK and route to PHONE ----NOT WORKING
