Outbound Campaign Customer Voice not Audible

Hi,
We are having an Outbound campaign in which the dial method is Auto.
We are using Zoiper SoftPhone(Iax2).
When we dial a number manually through Zoiper there is no problem
with the call.
When auto dialed the customers voice is not audible to the Calling
Agent.
Tried restarting Asterisk. its not working. Inbound is working fine.
Anyone familiar with this issue please give me a Soln
