What version of Excel created the file?

How big is the file?

Have you tried tab-delimited?

when you upload the file, do you choose "standard" or "custom"?

file is really small. only 5 numbers to test. I cam choosing custom, as I want to get to mapping. The mapping part is not working. [/img]

test with tab delimited and choose custom and see if the system is at least capable of custom

ftp? are you talking about the load leads url or the mapping for the command line upload version?
