I'm showing the leads loading says 6 loaded 1 bad which is the header. When i check the list 250 that i uploaded to it shows no leads and i can't download them either it says there is no leads in this list 250. I check the admin changes it shows the loads but nothing is happening. It worked when i had it on my local network but now won't allow them. This leads me to believe that it may be a permission problem, because i'm not on a 192 address with the server any longer. Anyone able to point me in the right direction would be fantastic.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation
______

In addition to the above: When you changed the network settings on your server, did you remember to run the script that updates the ip address throughout vicidial's various configuration files and database entries? (In most good distros this information is displayed EACH TIME you log into the console! :) )

Next for the standard questions:

How did you apply the list_id? (within the file on each record or by overriding during import?)

Ok so the problem was a dumb rookie move.

I had a ' in the list and it threw a wrench in the whole process.
