Possible to Filter ?

Possible to Filter OUT those leads where CB count is More than 3 OR customer was connected to agent for more than 5-6 times while Resetting leads ?

Have you looked in the manual under filters?

If you wish to "filter out" records based on information contained in each record (ie: number of times this record has been called), a method of doing so would be to use a filter.
