DROPPED / ANSWERED calls do not show! Help

Hello mates,

Brief info about my system: i am running vicidialnow 1.2 with no firewall, the server connects directly to the internet ( NO NAT ).

at first the dialer was showing the DROPPED / ANSWERED calls. also the DROPPED PERCENT of a campaign.

after a while, suddenly these information stopped showing and they are always 0. any ideas on how to fix this?

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)
