Hi,

Iam new to Vicidial, hav a little bit confusions on installing which one is first or wht to install (ie., Vicidial Server, Vicidial Redux, Asterisk, then some other like Screen, lame, Mysql, CRM etc.,)

On this time of confusions i find Goautodial which integreted
1. Asterisk 1.4.27.1-vici
2. Dahdi 2.3
3. VtigerCRM 5.1.0
4. Sangoma 3.5.14

Now iam having a doubt is there anything to install after this...
and Is it possible to use without Softphones
Thanks more for replies

Let us know what you need to get done and we can guide you in the right direction. As a side note, you can check the GoAutoDial Getting Started Guide here: http://goautodial.com/wiki/getting-started-guide/. This will give you an idea on how the basic process works and steps to get your GoAutoDial system up and running in a matter of minutes.

Hi gardo

Hav already check with getting started guide. But in tht also there is nothing about mentioning IP config.

After installation gologin prompt came and we logged in. Pls let me know the commands to configure.

Now the server has default IP 192.168.1.2 and i can't able to connect to Internet and LAN.

My static IP ISP provided : 124.10x.xx.xxx

The below is the agent system configured and downloaded the ISO.

Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 20-CF-xx-xx-xx-xx
Dhcp Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . .: 192.168.1.130
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 208.xx.xxx.xxx
208.Xx.xxx.xxx

Now i hav to config server as
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . .: 192.168.1.2
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1 --right?

Pls help. Thanks a lot

page 9 of gardo's installation manual has ip configuration (it's in the goautodial menu, outside of vicidial)

vicidial 2.4 (trunk) has the ability to embed a phone into the web page on the server (so the agents do not have to have one installed)
