when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation
_____

depends on your installation, but you may need to change your apache configuration files to allow your ip address permission (previous post here for that configuration step, from gardo :) ). I think this is in his getting started guide, but I haven't checked.

pls check the info and do giude me

Absotively. I'll slow down a little.

First: How did you install your Vicidial System? (please post the name of your installation disk which should also include your version and likely the Operating System distro name)

Dear Pavan,

I know exactly what you're talking about. I have seen several this in the past. Its not a Vicidial issue, its just an Apache issue. There's a file called vicidial-recordings.conf in the /etc/httpd/conf directory. You need to allow your IP range to access the recordings directory. If you are a Linux person, you should be able to solve this. This Apache article will help:
