back up your database (this reduces your database logs drastically).
turn off logging (Admin->Servers) unless you need it.
check /var/log/ for log files and folders that are excessive (and be sure they are all being rolled regularly if large and deleted after a few days).
make sure your recordings are being pushed to another server (via ftp, check out the first few jobs in "crontab -e" and ensure your ftp transfer is set up properly to remove recordings) and be sure old recordings are being deleted as well (also a script in crontab).
once set up properly, your drive space should stabilize at a specific level as old data is deleted and new data is created daily. EXCEPT that your list will grow forever unless you delete old lists, as long as you archive and later transfer your logs to another server or delete them from mysql.
