1791 secs and Hang Up

On GoAutoDial , My predictive dialer call duration doesn't go beyond 1791 secs.

But I make a Manual call from the portal, then its Ok.

When I check HANGUP REASON , I see it always says CALLER.

You mean the call disconnects at 1791, or there's a value in a field that never exceeds this value even if the call actually did?

in which case ... what report are you looking at? (not the name, the URL so we can look at the same one, leave off your FQDN)

So the call actually terminates after 1791 seconds?

Show your CLI from both an autodial and one from "the portal" (just from "dial" to "hangup" and identify them, don't post 3000 lines of code and hope we can wade through, and try to keep Other Traffic out of the CLI if you can, do this when the dialer is not in use).

what is "the portal"? are you talking about an agent logged in to a manual dial campaign?
