can not call in RATIO?

and in my report NO LIVE CALLS WAITING ...

I try /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_VDhooper.pl --debug like this.
Starting hopper run for CAMPON campaign- GMT: 24hours HOPPER: 500 ORDER: DOWN LAST NAME
hopper DONE cleared: 0E0
hopper GMT BAD cleared: 0E0
hopper READY count: 946
but why not ringing in report realtime
please..
leads in the hopper to be dialled

hi
whether at the bottom of the campaign , you can see total no of leads in the hopper to be dialled,
also check the calltimes you have mentioned in the campaign.

have you changed your server's IP address since you set up the system?
