Goautodial
VERSION: 2.2.1-237
BUILD: 100510-2015

How does the GoAutoDial decide on the dial level for ADAPT_AVERAGE? What parameters does the goautodial consider?

Thank you for posting your installer and vicidial version with build. Please begin including the VERSION of GoAutoDial (CE2.0?) so that future releases won't mess up your listing.

If you have less than 20 agents ... you should ONLY be using Ratio. (Start with 2.2 or 2.5)

Adapt settings all use the "drop percentage" to determine the "Dial Ratio". If the drop percentage raises above the level you set for Drop, it will reduce the Dial Level until it can get the drop ratio down to your setting. With less than 50 agents, this generally results in a 1:1 dial ratio. With less than 20 it ALWAYS results in a 1:1 dial ratio. Often for hours.

Adapt is expected to be used by Enterprise level call centers with 50 agents that make in excess of 50,000 calls per day. Until you've made 10,000 calls, the statistics are to volatile to consider Adapt.
