Agent Screen audio problem...

Hi Experts,

Goautodial 2.0
VERSION : 2.2.1-237
BUILD : 100510-2015

I have configured predictive dialing in Goautodial. But can't hear anything when a live call placed on. Also checked with another system. When dialing directly from xlite 3.0, its able to talk, but not from agent screen.

Is there any setting for audio in admin page.


Pls give a solution.

agent log in initial call

hi

as soon as logged in as agent you will get a incomming call, after attending that call did your hear a lady voice saying " your are the only person in this conference"

if you that voice , make manual call from the agent screen and check
the voice issue
