Got Autodial "Sorry that is not a valid extension"

i have install from iso:
GoAutoDial CE 2.0
Vicidial 2.2.1
Asterisk 1.4.27.1-vici
VERSION: 2.2.1-260 BUILD: 100527-2211

When i login from agent screen the error sound saying " I am sorry that is not a valid extension"

i m trying to solve it many ways but enable to reach the exact problem plz help guys.

Did you change the IP address of your GoAutoDial server?

Yes i change IP Adress .
Goto autodial Server IP Address shows my public IP not Private.
What should i do ?

if you changed the ip address of your server, you must run the admin update server ip script in /usr/share/astguiclient.

yes i was run update_server ip but still same .. :(

did you reboot?

can you dial 8600060?

Have you modified your extensions.conf after installation?
