Hi,
I just installed GoAutoDial and then installed Sangoma A200 R VOIP card.
The card is installed properly, using wanpipe and following the instructions available online.
now, I'm new in VOIP cards, it has 4 RJ11 ports and I know I can use 2 Phone lines with it.
Now, van someone guide me what should I add in /etc/zapata.conf and /etc/asterisk/zaptel.conf
and
what should I add in /etc/asterisk/extensions.conf to simple call out from eyebeam (sip account say 101).
Please guide me step by step and also provide me the URLs to go through for more info. I did some reserach on net, but now don't know what to do exactly.
Please advise.

you are not asking about vicidial ... this is a purely asterisk question. did your device not come with installation instructions?
check with the manufacturer, they are VERY good at getting these devices to work with Asterisk. After that's done ... it can be used as a trunk in vicidial. until then ...
if you want Vicidial to install it properly, it may be a good idea to put it in the box BEFORE you install vicidial so the vicidial installer you are using can see it and install drivers.
Post your query on GoAutoDial's board if it doesn't work, or consider using Vicibox and query the Vicibox board if it doesn't work.
But if you want to install it manually AFTER your vicidial installer is not involved, you'll do best to install according to the manufacturer's installation instructions for the version of asterisk you are using, because you're not installing it in "Vicidial", you are installing it in "Asterisk". (If you buy a custom stretch Limo and you throw a rod, you go to the manufacturer of the engine, not to the limo conversion guy, unless he changed out the engine ... we have NOT changed out the engine, it's still asterisk 1.2 or 1.4
).

direct your question to gardo on the goautodial board. in fact: read through the goautodial boaard and you will likely find your answer.
would you like me to move this post to that board (that is where it belongs!)
gardo is your "guy"

Moved.
Please do read through this board, as I said ... you will likely find your answer in here even if gardo doesn't stop by this thread.

I'm very thank to striker, he helped me too much,
I'm able to callout from my asterisk from extension (say 100) but when I call on my DID, it did not come on my soft phone extension when I try to configure it from GUI interface. I point it to an extension and voicemail also.
but when I edit my extensions.conf and fwd it to exten => _s.,1,dial(sip/100,30) it rings on extension. but i want to do it from GUI.
any further help is highly appreciated.

GoAutoDial has out of the box support for Sangoma cards. Running:
wancfg_dahdi
as Striker pointed out will prompt you to configure your Sangoma card.
Please post your Asterisk CLI when getting inbound calls to your DID.

Hi,
I have sangoma A102 card, with 2 FXO ports, but when I load leads and run with dial method 'Ratio' in campaign, I got the call but Real time screen shows its dead call, when I pick the call its hang up. On CLI I got congestion.
But when I run with dial method Manual, it works fine.
Does it bcz I have 1 phone line with my card.?
What will be the best voip card, if I want to use it with 30 agents or 30 calls at the same time. I think its E1, but tell me the exact model number which suits with GoAutoDial the best.
many thanks

1) you should post a new thread for support on your issue in the "support" board, unless you honestly think this has something to do with GoAutoDial and not Vicidial itself.
2)
when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.
this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)
You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.
Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation
3) Your question regarding the best way to support 30 callers is a completely sep question, should be posted sep in support as well. And when you ask: be sure to mention what is available to you at that location as far as Internet speed and T1 Voice connections. (and WHERE you are because some of this equipment is location specific!)
