I've followed the steps here: Goautodial_Getting_Started_Guide

I did not change anything and just loaded sample leads.

Im using Eyebeam as client. After logging in i always get this message "Noone is in your session: 8600051"

I can't make it work. I am still searching related problem but found none yet.

Please help. Thanks.

r u able to listen a voice after loged in.from agent interface.try to check the dial method in your campaigns.make it Manual for testing..

if you are not able to listen a voice then something is going on wrong..
how you are setting your server domains.defaultgateways etc.
give me all details if still not working..

i installed goautodial using default options.

i login the agent page using the instructions provided

and login using the following credentials:
Phone Login: 100
Phone Password: test
User Login: agent001
User Password: test
Campaign: TESTCAMP

and my xlite should ring but it did not. i tried both manual and autodial still same error.

what else should i check?

hi. i figured it out. good thing i remember looking at the CLI.

channel.c:3271 __ast_request_and_dial: Unable to request channel

i noticed that the setting of my xlite has a missing part - domain. i remember when its just plain asterisk that the domain is the header (did i use the correct term?) example:

[default] <- this should be on the domain.
exten => blah...

so i just put the ip address (which i doubt correct) in it.

what should be the domain?

you can use default domain of centos 192.168.1.2...
and make sure that Xlite must be configured properly..
