hi
i have made a campaign and upload a lead for it.
now if i want to see all the numbers uploaded on this lead how can i see them before calling them..

provide me guide please...

have you read the manual? previewing leads is covered in it ...

yaa i have read this there is no way given to show leads...

go to vicidial administration

go to list --> click the list in which u uploaded and go down you will get option called download the list.

download it and see all your leads are there

so in the agent manual and the managers manual, you are saying that the word "preview" does not occur? Are you sure?

What version of the manuals are you looking at?
