1 agent 2 line power dialing possible

Just wondering if I can configure the 2 line power dialing for one agent. I want to be able to dial 2 lines using manual dialing and when one line is connected, another line will drop.
Or if you have any better idea for one agent campaign to better utilize the time.

you have just described "auto-dialing" (set campaign to ratio instead of manual, and set the dial level to "2" and set "available only tally" to "Y")
