I can see you are doing your best to give us your system information. However, the VicidialNOW and GoAutoDial installers tend to make it difficult to identify the VICIDIAL version with build.

asterisk 1.2
The most important piece of information we need is is the VICIDIAL version with build, which looks a bit like this: Version X.X.X Build XXXX. This is in the bottom left corner of almost every administration screen.

Also, your asterisk version is available by typing "asterisk -R" and has more than just "1.2", there are more digits, and sometimes even some dashes. The exact version (especially if you've upgraded) can be important.

In the end your "system specs" could look something like this:

GoAutoDial 2.0CE upgraded from VicidialNOW 1.3 | Vicidial Version X.X.X Build XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X-XXXX.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation
___________

When you "log in as an agent": Does your phone ring? (if your phone does not ring, you have skipped some steps in the tutorial. Start over and do not skip any steps!)

If you are not following a tutorial on how to set up your system, download the Managers Manual from EFLO.net and begin following the setup procedures. Let us know what page you're on and what your first error is and we'll help you through.

This should all be AFTER you have completed the Getting Started guide from GoAutoDial if that is what you installed your system with (or the appropriate installation guide from VicidialNOW or Vicibox Redux). Don't just try to "wing it", you'll take 30 days to accomplish a task which can be completed in 30 minutes following the guides written for this purpose.
