I could not find automatically synchronization between goautodial to vtiger. Would like to use the old guide but afraid of wrong doing. http://www.vicidial.org/VICIDIALforum/v ... php?t=8779. In this post, I see that I need to put a csv file to the Vtiger_in directory and run a few pl scripts to get it done. But I am not sure if some integration scripts already in somewhere and executed by default.
Can anyone post the solution to automatically synchronization process?

what information would you like to synchronize? Users? Administrators? Agents? Leads? Sales? Calls?

leads. I tried the process and got bad phone number. I used the same file for goautodial without problem. Does it require the dos format csv or spreadsheet csv for vtiger? Or is it looking for some specific way of putting the csv file?

you're skipping way ahead of me.

you want to have all your leads from vicidial synchronized into vTiger? so if you end up with 1,000,000 leads in your vicidial list ... you'll also have 1,000,000 leads in vTiger? Is that where you're goin with this?

lead loading and sync with vtiger

hi

are you trying to load leads to vtiger from the vicidial console.

use the flag --help after the script used to load lead :ie VTIGER_LEADS_IN

it will show the possible format to be used to load leads

u have to use the pipe delimated file format to load leas

the format looks like this
leadid|sourceid|listid|phonecode|phonenumber|title|firstname|middlename|lastname|........

for eg:
||||9999999999||striker||||||neworkcity ... @gmail.com|||

You got me concerns. How can I just sync only the leads in vicidial which showed interest in our services?

now that's a little more like it ... do you want to push them from vicidial to vTiger (or SugarCRM 8), my favorite) based on the result of the call (ie: sale or callback ... something like that) or do you want to get more information from the client during the call and push THAT information directly into your CRM while on the call?

So: DURING the call (while in it or at the end, as the last step?) or AFTER the call (daily? nightly? hourly?)

I would prefer during the call when I know the client is interested. In that way I can push a little more information to the vtiger as the last step.

in that case, let's cover a few basics before we reinvent this wheel ... 8)

1) Have you read docs/VTIGER.txt? (in /usr/src/astguiclient/VERSION)

http://www.eflo.net/VICIDIALforum/viewtopic.php?t=6996

http://downloads.vicidial.com/vicidial/ ... VTIGER.txt

2) Please post your Vicidial version with build (and confirm that you installed vicidial with GoAutoDial 2.0CE?). Vicidial's version information should be in the bottom left corner and look like this: "Version X.X.X Build XXXX" (the word Vicidial was left off "inadvertently", but that's the VICIDIAL version number and is important in all postings on this board).

3) Have you also looked at SugarCRM? (also free, my preference)

4) you will likely (ultimately) be looking at a "Web Form" which will accept information from Vicidial, collect more information during the call, and drop the result into vTiger (Sugar?!).

check the name of the .iso image you installed. (it is not a whatever, there's a version number in there somewhere)

Vicidial version with build
note the "with build" it's next to the version with the word "build" near it. then a 4 digit number. in the bottom left corner of almost every admin screen.
