recording on predictive?

how i can setup recording on predictive?
Campaign Recording = ALLFORCE, but i not found my recording?

please give me feedback.

are there links where the recordings belong on the records of the leads and users after the call that don't work ... or are there just no entries at all?

did you check crontab -e to be sure you are mixing and compressing your recordings?

are you archiving your recordings?

I was check in recording_log table is empty no data..

setting up my campaign is
Campaign Recording = ALLFORCE
dial method= RATIO

but i not found my recording file in /var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE
and in my recording_log table is empty.

but if i using manual dial, i have my recording file

so whats wrong setting in my campaign?

Asterisk CLI when dialing? Check your user stats in the Admin page. Recordings are accessible via the web based Admin interface.

try this in a controlled environment (no other calls!):

manual call a single (check the CLI)

auto dial a single call (check the CLI again)

see if you can find what the difference is related to recording/monitoring the call.

also check (during each call) to see the contents of asterisk/monitor and asterisk/monitorDONE and asterisk/monitorDONE/GSM
