monitoring the call with Goautodial

I want to monitoring the call:

- to listen the call
- whisper to speak only the agent

I use the final version of goautodial

VERSION: 2.2.1-237
BUILD: 100510-2015

asterisk 1.4.27 vici

the problem when i click in the listen i can't listen any think

i use the admin accont in my setting in Xlite

It's possible to use only the xlite to listen or to whisper the call ?

for exemple in trixbox when i call the *555*sip/accont i can to listen the call

dial the session id

Dial the session id of the agent with 0 infront to listen and without 0 to barge

in realtime screen u can see the session id of each agetns

! And you obviously need to be reading the manual (all this stuff is already in there). I'd suggest the paid version to save time (an extra couple hundred pages of details of inner workings ... if you are making a living with this software, is not a bad thing 8) ).
