i face problem "no live call" massage on GoAutoDial using asterisk version 1.4 how to solve this problem

Always post your Vicidial Version with Build (and also your installation method, which I assume is GoAutoDial CE 2.0?)

post your vicidial version and build

1. go to camapign and scroll down to the bottom and check the lines
"this campaign has xxx leads in hopper"
"active lists within this campaign
2. check the call timings set in the campaign "change it to 24 hr if set to someother"

3.if leads are called up then reset the leads within the lists
