Posted: Wed Mar 16, 2011 2:21 pmIF two agents signed in as the same user. Not good. They should NOT have access to each other's passwords. If that's NOT the case, it could have been a hiccup in the sql server relaying the information. If it persisted on more than one screen load ... you have a problem.
Be sure the agents are all using their own credentials (user/phone) and have closed their browser since the last session.
