custom fields for goautodial 2.0

I would like to see the customized field capability in vicidial SVN 2.4 is available for goautodial 2.0. I tried to upgrade vicidial 2.2 to SVN 2.4 and it is successful. The only problem I had was the errors in upgrade sql which I might have run twice to have errors in duplicate columns. But this was not the issue. In list section, I could not see anything about edit custom field. When I click the "list custom fields" I got you are not authorized to view this section" What is wrong and how I can fix it.

OK, I found it. I need to set the modify custom field to 1 in user section.

Since that field is not "visible" until you activate custom fields ... you do not set it to "1" when creating your initial administrator account privileges ... so when you later enable custom fields, you must go BACK to the administrator account privileges and allow specified users to modify them.

this will likely hold true for any other features (qc, etc) that can be "activated" later.
