you've been here a while, but seem to have forgotten this part:

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation
______________

Now: can you define "activate listening"? do you want to monitor an agent? by clicking on an item on a web page or dialing a number on a phone? (I believe these are in the manual)

Or do you want to listen to recordings that have been made of previous sales calls?

Or do you want to MAKE recordings of ongoing sales calls?

Hi,

Try this one using your soft phone.

to listen the call just dial 0+session id of the agent

another option which i tested last night is the extenspy. but not sure why i cant make it work properly (sometimes ok, sometimes not)

exten => _99XXX,1,Answer
exten => _99XXX,2,ExtenSpy(${EXTEN}:3@default,bw)

then on your softphone, dial 99 + extension (ex.: 99105). you should hear a prompt then the spied channel.

can somebody please correct me here. because i tried it using

exten => 99107,1,Answer
exten => 99107,2,ExtenSpy(107@default,bw)

thanks.

Hi all

i'm doing just this to do that as seen in the manual manager

Click Reports, Choose SIP/Listen
Click Choose Report Display Options
Select Campaign, Find Session,
Click on Listen and is done directly in your xlite open session

have you considered reading the Vicidial Manager's Manual? I've heard it can be quite helpful. Available at eflo.net (this is the site of the people who OWN this software, goautodial is just an installer, like vicibox.com is ... vicidial is the software ... the vicidial group runs this board and eflo.net!)

i found it.

vicidial admin > reports > real-time main report > click "Choose Report Display Options" (floating)

select the campaign
monitor: monitor
your extension number from which you are going to listen

submit.

then from the active calls, you will see a new column "listen". click this and your should be able to listen to on-going calls.

How to create user only for see reports and listen-in calls.
I created user with user level 8 but with him I can not listen-in calls.

Can I make user only for listen-in calls with user level 8 ?

I have created user with user level 8 but I get this message when I tried to LISTEN

Image

Which option is crucial for listen-in calls when I am creating users?
