Hi All,

I want to setup goautodial for recording in and out calls from 2 analog lines (these are standard uk bt lines not an isdn). What type of card required for this. I have already setup using voip, this would be my first setup using telco card. Is this be as easy as setting up voip?

Best regards,
Webgurru

Either you can use digium tdm cards or sangoma cards for connecting the analog lines.

you can also use the grandstream Ht analog gateways, for connectig through analog lines. for this u need to create a sip trunk between vicidial and gateway.

Hi Striker,

Thanks for your reply. Could you please name a model which would be easy to configure with goautodial?

grandstream also makes a nice 4 port gateway which can be EXTERNAL (ie: no card in the box so if the box dies you can chuck it in the trash can, restore your backup image on a new box and go back to work without any special hardware in the new box either, even allows for a hot-spare ;))

so you could use this:

and no other hardware for 4 analog lines? If so is this a tricky proceedure?
