when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.
this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)
You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

have you tested this with ONE agent and ONE call to see if there is a problem? a better description of the problem would be helpful. if you are a sales person and not a technician, remember that you are asking for technical help and we'll need details. if you can't get them ... it could be a long wait ($$) until we can help.
so try a single agent, single call and verify everything works without any errors in the asterisk CLI (besides the broken pipe message, which is normal).
try to give a better description of the issue when many agents are logged in. i realize it's obvious to YOU, but you can see your screen. we can't.
