The feature list question.

Hi again.

Quoted from features list:

"Ability to broadcast dial to customers with a pre-recorded message"

And, after the customer hears the mesasage, he can press ie 1 on dialpad, and my server will record to some file, that number_123456789 pressed 1?

Can this be done?

Yep. And it'll be clickable to listen and locatable by Lead_ID within the system (or phone number and a few other search criteria ... under Lists->Search for a Lead)

Have you actually installed the software?

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

You did not list your installer with version (from the .iso) and you did not list your full vicidial version With Build (bottom left corner of admin screens).

Look at "Survey" in your Campaign Detail settings (it is on the top menu after you press Detail while modifying your campaign, also on the top menu).

There are help buttons for each field. There should be help in both paid and free manuals, depending on what help you need.

DO NOT attempt this until after you have used it with a live agent and standard auto-dial to be sure your system ... works. Otherwise, you could be at this for a month. 8)
