No calls coming to agent

I can dial Manually.

But No call is coming to an agent when Agent log in to the Dialer..

Its says Disconnecting due to lack of activity in 61 secs.

My Dial Time Out is 40 secs.

firewall is cutting off your SIP audio. ports 10000:20000 should be forwarded to your dialer. (Unless this is a new carrier, in which case it could be externip or another technical setting in sip.conf)
