Any to find Carrier wise Connectivity Report ?

when looking at the "Realtime" report you can add carrier log viewing by changing it to "Y" and it will show you the real time carrier log readout as well as your agent data.

Like I have 3 Carriers with 9 , 8 and 7 as Prefix .

I am looking for Report based on Each prefixes ...
