Music or audio speech file on hold

BUILD : 100510-2015

Can play an audio file on hold while in a conversation. If yes means pls let me know the extra settings if any, i hav uploaded file to audio store and upload the file to music on hold.

Can we play the audio file only for inbound or outbound ?

Under Campaign Detail View there is a setting for "Park Music-On-Hold". Click the link to the right of this and select the file you would like to use. You hsould definitely get a copy of the paid manager's manual and read it all the way through, it will answer tons of questions that you will have
