I am from India

I set my BIOS time to India time and then I run my below commands :

1) I set my BIOS time to Indian Time.
2) When Its booting up, it shows EDT time.( No IDEA why )
3) Once Logged In , I ran below commands :

cd /etc
ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Delhi localtime
/sbin/hwclock --systohc

But when I boot it up completely , it shows me the EDT time.

Why so ?

Run as root:

system-config-date

That should do the trick.
