Agent Time Synchronization

Hi All,

I am very beginner, I install Vicidialnow-1.3 CE freshly and its installed successfully. After than I change the IP & time zone according our country time zone for the reporting issue than update_server_ip command to update the IP record as showed in manual.

But I am facing problem with agent login time synchronization which is unable to connect soft dialer with agent GUI and its showed soft dialer hangup.

I try a lot but its not able to connect & synchronization soft dialer & agent GUI. As i am beginner looking for help from community to establish my test project.

are you still encountering the time sync in the agent screen?

use goautodial

the vicidialnow is very old , use the goautodial or vicibox_redux

goautodial== www.goautodial.com
vicibox_ == www.vicibox.com
