Im newbie on this. I just setup a goautodial server, i did all the basic confiiguration , i setup a trunk with a sip.goautodial account i created.
I logged in as an agent im able to hear the message that says im the only person on this conference, i dial my first call which stays a few waiting to connect to the number and after that a windows dialog pop-up saying: Call Rejected: CHANUNAVAIL Cause: 20 - Subscriber absent.
As i newbie i have not idea what this means and i have a question. My Account from goautodial was created but it was not loaded with minutes, even it shows 00.5 reminding , could be this reason?
Thanks.

You have to check to your provider if your account or IP is defined in their trunk.

Yes, because goautodial I think does not allow all IP's or accounts on their trunk. I have encoutered this error, I just contacted my provider and let them define my IP or account on their trunk.

hi rickynivar
for troubleshoot ur problem we need ur logs.
use the putty software to login to ur vicidial server via ssh
putty software ilnk :http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html
1. username : root
2. password : vicidialnow
once u logged in type asterisk -vvvvr press enter
after that you will be redirected to asterisk>
3. there type sip show peers (post the output here)
4. make a call from vicidail agent screen , at that time u can see some call flow in that asterisk cli , copy those results and paste in this forum topic
