most of the issues you post are told to take reference from the manger's manual but the manual is helpful but limited.
open source is free for us and a never expiring profitable investment of man hours for others.
By the way there is an extensive possibility of using IVRs in goautodial, take a look at the detailed view of your campaigns

Posted: Tue Jul 05, 2011 7:22 pmnot to mention the manual is FREE for the basic version. (although I don't honestly know if the IVR system is listed in it or not, but someone reading the free one and NOT finding it can certainly come back and say so! LOL).
