Where do you go to search/play Call Recording on GoAutoDial?

Even though I have Admin login, it says I have no permission to access RECORDINGS on this server

what should be the time delay in the recording? because i encountered some missing recording..should i leave it blank instead of putting of something?

You need to add the IP address of your workstation to be able to access the recordings. What's the GoAutoDial version you're using?

You need to edit /etc/httpd/conf.d/vicidial_recordings.conf and add your IP address. Reload or restart HTTPD after editing.

service httpd reload


I'd recommend you upgrade to GoAutoDial CE 2.1. Adding IP addresses to access your recordings is done via your web browser.
