Call Disposition

Asterisk 1.4.27.1-vici

VtigerCRM 5.1.0

CentOS 5.5 as base (modified kernel as usual)

In predictive mode, I'm getting only three call disposition-ANSWER,DROP and NoAnswerAuto-Dial where ANSWER is tagged by the agent after each call,all the dropped calls get the disposition as DROP. But all the other calls--Switched Off,No Response,Ringing,Busy etc gets the call disposition as NoAnswerAuto-Dial.

Is there anyway I can get different call disposition for each of the Switched Off,No Response,Ringing,Busy calls other than NoAnswerAuto-Dial?

Can you provide additional information like the type of trunks you are using i.e. IAX, SIP, PRI etc.

You should be able to see "no answer", "busy". I don't think that there is a "switched off" disposition. Logically there cannot be a "no response" cause it is would show up as "no answer".

Have you tried dialing the numbers again manually using another circuit or maybe a cellphone and checking if the dispositions match? Maybe dial via the dialer using manual mode and see if there is a trend.

I'm using a E1 PRI connection.

For predictive mode, NoAnswerAuto-Dial is automatically selected by vicidial
for No Response,Ringing,Busy and DROP is automatically selected by vicidial for those call which are connected and not passed to the agent and got disconnected.

Anyway for manual mode all the disposition are manually selected by agent.
