Running goautodial on dedicated server

Postby silv3r007 » Thu Jul 21, 2011 6:20 am

Hello

I am very new to this business, I am normally just a PHP developer.

Basically If i want to run goautodial now, what are my requirements? Is it a case of just installing it on the dedicated server and it working?

DO I need a voip system? ARe there any costs I need to know about for call rate etc?

I am happy to pay for a consulation with an expert if they can lead me along the right lines

Many thanks
John

Really depends on what the system is going to be for. Are you setting it up for telemarketing calls or inbound (customer service)? If you need to make calls and receive calls you will need some sort of "trunk" configured on the system. These can be your regular phone line, E1/T1, VoIP and etc.

The easiest way is via VoIP. GoAutoDial comes pre-configured with our VoIP services. You can signup and create your VoIP account here:

Enable the GoAutoDial carrier in the Carrier Settings and change the values (username and password) with yours.

What do you need to get done with your GoAutoDial system?
