when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.
this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)
You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.
Similar to This:
Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

in that case it is definitely time for you to download the manager's manual from eflo.net and read the instructions to set up inbound calls (where to route an inbound call is covered in there, I'm pretty sure)

1) You MUST set up your "analog" devices/hardware to work with asterisk before they can work in Vicidial. Gardo can be helpful with that but the manufacturer or distributor who sold it to you is generally the one with the most "to lose" and is VERY helpful (so you don't send the hardware back).
2) Once the analog device is merely a "phone" on the system, dialing it is the same as dialing any other device in the system. And any device in the system can be the target of a DID upon arrival.

calls don't come on agents. they come on DIDs. agents log in to a campaign or an ingroup, but do not get calls directly unless something is "pointed" at them (such as a DID or a menu).

so if you have inbound to your DID, you choose "phone" for the route and put in the identity of the phone ... according to the manual.

But if i route it to phone it will go to phones instead of ingroup thats i dont want

hey, i'm just goin with what you told me. you did not say anything about ingroup, you said you wanted it to ring on an analog phone. if you route it to an ingroup it will then be routed to any agent logged into that ingroup (analog, sip, iax, external ... whatever phone those agents have will be what gets the call).
which brings us back to the manual. there's nothing special about that setup. if you want a did to route to an ingroup, get out the manual and set up a DID cuz that's how it's done.

Ok let me explain once a agent logined in ingroup his respective analog phone ring and agent anwered the analog phone a ivr (you are currently person in the conference) played then agent click on Resume and wait for incoming call and wen calls comes on DID it routed to the ingroup from where it reach to agent at that time beep played in analog phone and respective details of call apeared in agent CRM i want instead of beep phone will ring at that time

LOL
look up "On-Hook Agent" while modifying a phone record. Don't know if it applies to analog phones or not. never tried it. but it can be used for "external" phones (and external phones CAN ring to the analog phones if properly set up, because external phones can ring to ANY phone in the world IF asterisk can reach it through any means).

that would be because you installed the "old" version using GoAutoDial. You can upgrade to the latest version (download the latest source code and read the UPGRADE document for instructions) or you can reinstall with Vicibox instead (which installs the version you have OR the latest SVN code, you decide during the installation quiz).
It's a new feature in the developer trunk version of the software, 2.4.
The GoAutoDial and Vicibox installers DO have differences.
