DNC Not working !

Hello !

My server Configuration : Model (IBM X3250 X2) ,
CPU Intel(R) Xeon(R) ,X3330 @ 2.66GHz , Mem = 4 Gig, No additional Hardware. Using Go auto Dial 2.1 , KErnel = 2.6.18-238.9.1.el5.goPAE #1,
HDD 160 Gig. Without any extra hardware or software.



My DNC not working. Ex- Phone Numbers : -123456789, I added this into Vicidial System Internel DNC List & Campaign DNC List with lot of combination like :- 123456789,44123456789,944123456789 & Also Enable , Use internal DNC list / OR Campaign DNC List OR enabled both , But Not get Any success , Help ME ! Agents Still able to dial Number Added to DNC.?

are these agents dialing Manual? (Manual has a sep dnc setting in some versions of Vicidial)

Yes Agent When try to dial a number manually which is added in dnc , call get connects ? How to setup properly ?
