HELP: callback to useronly does't work in goAutoDial CE 2.1

in the system I am using VICIdial with asterisk, I am facing a problem.
that is like I can dial a number manually from outbound campaign. but while I gave that number in a call back list, it shows and the call goes to that number if the checkbox is not selected of "My CallBack Only" that the status is "anyone" but if I checked the "My CallBack Only" it also shows 1 active call back but at the time of calling the call don't go to that number?

how to fix this problem?

callbacks are manually dialed by the agent, they do not happen automatically.

actually I have set a schedule callback
when it is not checked the "My Call Back Only" it works and automatically callbacks.
but while this "My Call Back Only" is checked it doesn't work. but in the database, inside the "vicidial_list" table the status of the call is "LIVE"
but, in the FSCLI there is no command goes on.

that's because "My Callbacks" are manual dial calls. Otherwise the call could DROP and instead of being a "callback", it would then be a drop and missed sale forever. Agents must have manual dial capability so they can check their callbacks and push the "dial" button on them in the callbacks interface.
