Hi dear friends, i habe tried to setup an inbound campaing with no luck at all.

this is what i have already done: i created the in_group, the DID and the campaing. I have a phone number that i just got from my phone provider , im not able to get inbound calls logged as an agent. i have followed everything step by step to setup the inbound but when somebody try to call me number busy .

Let me add that my outbound campaigns were working fine.

i used GoAutoDial CE 2.1
register => xxxxxx:xxxxxxx@proxy.voip.co.uk/xxxxx
[voip.co.uk]
type = peer
secret = xxxxxx
fromuser = xxxxxx
username = xxxxxxx
outboundproxy = single-01.proxy.voip.co.uk
host = proxy.voip.co.uk
fromdomain = proxy.voip.co.uk
canreinvite = no
insecure = very
qualify = yes
context= custom-get-did-from-sip

dial plan is
exten => _. ,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _. ,2,Dial(${voip.co.uk}/00${EXTEN},,to)
exten => _. ,3,Hangup

CLI error is

context= custom-get-did-from-sip
change to
context=trunkinbound
for starters. then tell me where you are in the Vicidial Manager's Manual (from EFLO.net) for the setup of an inbound (what page?). I hope you didn't skip anything, because if you did, you'll need to go back and start over without skipping anything. 8-) (and then it'll be easier ...)

thanks for reply

I thought you said this was an inbound call? (Inbound calls do not have "Dial" in them ...)

To test an inbound call, generate a call to the DID from some OTHER phone system, not the one expected to receive the call.
