Manual dial not working(SOLVED)

Hi all,
vici 2.1
version 2.4-309a
build:110430-1642
asterisk 1.4.39.1
from iso.
no extra hardware.
no addons.
using eybeam as a softphone.

A strange probleme accured today.

When i use the MANUAL DIAL MODE i can't dial the next number coz when i hungup that call and use one of the system status.when coming back ;the BOTTON DIAL NEXT is inactive and i have to logout and login again to dial the next number.


no modification to the system.no addons.

this probleme happens only when i use the english agent web

Vicidial has no "2.1". Goautodial, however, does.

Usually it is simplest to list the NAME of the .iso (it generally gives all the necessary information for the installer) and then Vicidial version 2.4-309a
build:110430-1642 * asterisk 1.4.39.1.

The success sample given does not appear to have had any actual Agent Interaction. Do you mean to say that auto-dial works with an agent including the ability to disposition a call and take another, but manual dial requires logging out after each call?

Try to Post an example of an autodial with the call actually going to an agent (when it allows taking another call without logging out) and then we can compare that to the manual dial where logging out is required.
